has been a Christian for over 30 years, growing in the Lord in seasons for her entire life. She feels that the Lord’s calling on her life includes discipleship in her own family, and to mothers and their children who haven’t had a mentor to walk beside them through the hardships of life. A teacher by spiritual gifting, she recognized that assignment as a young child through the life of her late grandma and has fulfilled that in her life in many ways. One of those ways has been through homeschooling her own children, starting in 2006. Her oldest son is 19 and graduated this year, and she still has four students at home including two middle school aged boys and boy/girl first grade twins. DaLynn
and her husband of 16 years, Bill, live just outside of Waco, TX in a rural town with a thriving homeschool community where DaLynn
is involved with the local co-op. She also blogs at (http://holysplendor.com
) Biblical Womanhood and includes a large number of homeschool curriculum reviews through the Homeschool Review Crew as well as independently. She’s a representative for a scrapbooking company, for Norwex home products, and a Tupperware lady for life!
