Kasi teaches high school level Algebra I and Algebra II as well as an amazing Physics class from a Christian perspective! 

About Kasi

Kasi currently teaches Physics at both a Parent-Teacher Coop and at GRACE Christian Home School. She has tutored all math levels for the past 17 years and was a Supplemental Instructor for Calculus I and Calculus II at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach Florida.

Kasi has a strong passion for math, music and creative writing.

Homeschool Experience

Kasi has four children ages 20, 19, 9, and 8. They are members at Grand Rapids First and is on the leadership team for WhyIsThisHappening.org, a video-driven website with a focus on finding God’s special assignment and sharing that story with others.

Kasi also has been a member of Brookside CRC for ten years. She has served in leadership on the praise team, led flute choir, written dramas, produced worship videos, and was on the leadership team for missions.

Professional Degrees & Experience

Kasi has an Aviation Computer Science degree from ERAU and has worked for Soft Reality as a Software Engineer. Kasi shares that her favorite contract project was a touch screen coloring book for Universal Studios.

She has previously worked with GameGen and MultiGen, and has done system administration on UNIX platforms as well as working in website development. She has worked in WordPress, Expression Engine, and Joomla.
