Entrepreneurship will provide students an opportunity to learn the basic steps of what it takes to start a small business. Whether that business is the selling of goods or services, the students will learn how to promote themselves via different types of marketing platforms.

Entrepreneurship, by definition, is the creation or extraction of value; viewed as change, generally entailing risk beyond what is normally encountered in starting a business, which may include other values than simply economic ones. Entrepreneurs act as managers and oversee the launch and growth of an enterprise. Entrepreneurship is the process by which either an individual or a team identifies a business opportunity and acquires and deploys the necessary resources required for its exploitation.

Students who may consider becoming an entrepreneur are those who want to:

  1. Control their own work experience
  2. Control their earning potential
  3. Control their location and where they work
  4. Have an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy

Some students may want to use this course as an opportunity to create a Micro Business that will earn them money, experience, and business relationships. This is a must-take course for any student as the future of work is changing rapidly, most adults will work in the “gig” economy, and having a side hustle is becoming more than norm than the exception.

Pair this course with Photoshop or The Art of Songwriting, Psychology or Physics for a robust year of learning! Choose a Bundle for greater savings.
